Overview
Financial data for State Admins is available across multiple pages rather than a single dedicated financial reports page. You can access revenue, collections, and outstanding amounts through the State Dashboard, State MIS Reports, Regional Dashboard, and Regional MIS Reports.
Where to Find Financial Data

State-Level Financial Summary
From the State Dashboard KPA Cards and Regional Performance Table:

From the Regional Dashboard (Top Navbar → Regional Dashboard, select a region):

The summary cards show: Total Revenue for the selected region and Avg Plots/Society.
Exporting Financial Data
Both the State MIS Reports and Regional MIS Reports pages have an Export CSV button that exports the current table data, including financial columns.
Key Financial Indicators

| Collection Growth | Is the Plot Collections KPA card showing ↑ or ↓ month-over-month? |
| Regional Revenue Distribution | Are collections concentrated in a few regions or spread evenly? |
| Outstanding Amounts | Check MIS Reports for high outstanding values per region/society |
| Efficiency Rating | Society-wise efficiency shows collections vs. revenue ratio |
Common Scenarios
"I need a state-wide financial overview"
- Go to State Dashboard → review KPA Cards (Plot Collections with trend)
- Review the Regional Performance table for revenue by region
- Go to State MIS Reports → Region Plot Status tab for Revenue and Outstanding per region
- Click Export CSV for a downloadable report
"I need to drill down into a region's finances"
- Go to Regional Dashboard → select the region
- Review the Society-Wise Performance table for Plot Revenue, Fee Revenue, Total per society
- Go to MIS Reports → select the region → Society Plot Status tab for Revenue and Outstanding per society
"I need to identify which regions have high outstanding amounts"
- Go to State MIS Reports → Region Plot Status tab
- Review the Outstanding column — sort or scan for high values
- Click the region name to see society-level details
- Export the data for detailed analysis
