Login Problems​

Can't Log In​

Symptoms: Login button doesn't work, error message appears

Solutions:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies
  2. Try incognito/private browsing mode
  3. Check if Caps Lock is on
  4. Use the correct email (not username)
  5. Try a different browser

"Invalid Credentials" Error​

Solutions:

  1. Double-check your email spelling
  2. Reset password using "Forgot Password"
  3. Ensure no extra spaces in email/password
  4. Check if account is verified

OTP Not Received​

Solutions:

  1. Wait 2-3 minutes (network delays)
  2. Check SMS spam/blocked filters
  3. Verify mobile number is correct
  4. Click "Resend OTP" after timeout
  5. Try voice call option if available

Account Issues​

Solution:

  1. Log in with your credentials
  2. System will offer to resend verification
  3. Check spam folder for new email
  4. Link valid for 24 hours

Can't Update Profile​

Solutions:

  1. Ensure all required fields are filled
  2. Phone number format: 10 digits without country code
  3. Check file sizes for uploads (max 5MB)
  4. Try a different browser

Forgot Registered Email​

Solution: Contact support with your mobile number and name for account recovery.

Browsing Issues​

Layout Page Not Loading​

Solutions:

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Refresh the page (Ctrl+F5)
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Disable browser extensions
  5. Try mobile data instead of WiFi

Plot Map Not Displaying​

Solutions:

  1. Enable JavaScript in browser
  2. Allow site permissions for canvas/graphics
  3. Update your browser to latest version
  4. Try Chrome or Firefox if using other browsers
  5. Check if antivirus is blocking content

Search Not Working​

Solutions:

  1. Use broader search terms
  2. Remove special characters
  3. Check spelling
  4. Clear filters and try again

Document Upload Issues​

Upload Fails​

Solutions:

  1. Check file size (max 5MB)
  2. Use supported formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF
  3. Rename file to remove special characters
  4. Try a different browser
  5. Check internet stability

"File Too Large" Error​

Solution:

  1. Compress the image using online tools
  2. Reduce resolution/quality slightly
  3. Convert to PDF (often smaller)
  4. Take a new photo with lower settings

Document Rejected​

  2. Check DND (Do Not Disturb) settings
  3. Ensure SMS isn't blocked by carrier
  4. Check if inbox is full

Display Issues​

Page Looks Broken​

Solutions:

  1. Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
  2. Disable dark mode browser extensions
  3. Update browser to latest version
  4. Try different browser
  5. Zoom to 100% (Ctrl+0)

Text in Wrong Language​

Solution: Use the language selector in the header to switch between English and Tamil.

Mobile App Issues​

App Crashes on Startup​

Solutions:

  1. Update to latest app version
  2. Clear app cache and data
  3. Restart your device
  4. Reinstall the app
  5. Check available storage space

Can't Download App​

Solutions:

  1. Check device compatibility
  2. Free up storage space
  3. Update Play Store/App Store
  4. Try downloading over WiFi
