Creating Your Account

Follow these steps to create your HOCO RCS (H) account and start exploring housing layouts.

Step 1: Register​

  1. Visit the portal at app.rcshousing.com
  2. Click Sign In in the top navigation
  3. Select Create Account or Register
  4. Enter your details:
    • Full name (as per Aadhaar)
    • Email address
    • Mobile number
    • Create a strong password
Password Requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Step 2: Verify Your Email​

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email
  2. Click the verification link within 24 hours
  3. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder

Step 3: Verify Your Mobile​

  1. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
  2. The OTP is valid for 10 minutes
  3. Request a new OTP if it expires

Step 4: Complete Your Profile​

After verification, complete your profile with:

  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Address (current residential address)
  • Aadhaar Number (for KYC verification)

Account Security​

Two-Factor Authentication​

We recommend keeping your mobile number updated for OTP-based security during:

  • Login from new devices
  • Payment transactions
  • Profile changes

Password Reset​

If you forget your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Follow the reset link sent to your email
  4. Create a new password
Important

Never share your password or OTP with anyone. Our support team will never ask for these details.
