Overview
The Super Admin (also referred to as TNCHS Admin) has platform-wide authority over the entire HOCO RCS (H) system. You manage societies, regions, admins, users, global configurations, and oversee platform health. This role has the broadest access, covering all operations across all societies and regions.
Responsibilities

| Society Management | Create, update, activate/deactivate societies |
| User Management | View all users, update statuses, manage roles |
| Admin Assignment | Assign Society Admin, Regional Admin, State Admin roles |
| Region Management | Create and manage regions |
| Global Configuration | Set platform-wide fee defaults |
| Policy Management | Configure Maker-Checker policies, society-level overrides |
| Platform Oversight | Monitor all dashboards, audit logs, system health |
| Financial Reporting | Access state-level and cross-society financial data |

Society Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
ACTIVE | Society is operational, members can book |
INACTIVE | Society temporarily disabled, no new operations |
User Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
ACTIVE | User can log in and operate normally |
PENDING | Account created but registration not yet completed |
BLOCKED | User blocked by admin — cannot log in |
DELETION_REQUESTED | User has requested account deletion |
PENDING_DELETION | Deletion approved, waiting for grace period |
DELETED | Account permanently deleted |
Daily Checklist
- Check platform dashboard for critical alerts
- Review any new society creation requests
- Check for pending admin role assignments
- Monitor financial summaries across regions
- Review audit logs for unusual activity
