Overview
The Platform Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of the entire HOCO RCS (H) platform — all societies, all regions, all financial activity. It aggregates data from every society to present state-level KPAs, trends, and alerts.
State-Level Dashboard
KPA Summary

| Total Societies | Number of societies on the platform |
| Active Societies | Societies with ACTIVE status |
| Total Regions | Number of defined regions |
| Total Layouts | Layouts across all societies |
| Active Layouts | Layouts with ACTIVE status |
| Total Plots | All plots across all layouts |
| Available / Booked / Sold | Plot status breakdown |
| Total Collections | Gross collections (online + verified offline) across all societies |
| Total Members | All approved members across all societies |
| Active Bookings | Bookings in CONFIRMED status |
Financial Overview

- Monthly Collections: Line chart showing collection trends over 6-12 months
- Monthly Bookings: Booking volume trend
- Monthly Members: New member registrations trend
- Region Comparison: Bar chart comparing region performance
Platform Alerts
| Alert Level | Examples |
|---|---|
| 🔴 Critical | Society with zero activity for 30+ days, system backup failures |
| 🟡 Warning | Societies with high cancellation rates, payment anomalies across regions |
| 🟢 Info | New society activations, milestone achievements |
Region-Level Drill-Down
Click on any region in the dashboard to see region-specific data:
- Region KPA summary
- Society performance rankings within the region
- Regional collection trends
- Regional alerts
Date Filtering
All dashboard metrics support date range filtering:
- Default: Current month
- Custom: Select any start and end date
- Quick selects: Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year
Comparison Periods
Metrics automatically compare against the previous equivalent period:
- If viewing January 2026, comparison is December 2025
- Growth percentages show improvement or decline
