Regional Financial Reports
Page Superseded
The Regional Admin role does not have a dedicated "Financial Reports" page. Financial and operational data is available through:
- MIS Reports — Society Plot Status & Society Activity reports with CSV export
- Regional Dashboard — KPA cards with plot revenue, fee revenue, and total revenue
The guidance below remains useful as a reference for what financial metrics to monitor.

Overview
Regional Financial Reports give you aggregated financial data across all societies in your region. You can view gross collections, gross refunds, net position, and detailed breakdowns by channel (online/offline).
Regional Financial Summary
The summary report covers:

| Gross Collections | Total payments received across all societies in the region |
| Gross Refunds | Total refunds processed across the region |
| Net Collections | Gross Collections − Gross Refunds |
| Membership Fees | Entrance fees, share capital, GST collected |
| Booking Payments | Advance payments, EMI installments, full payments |
Running the Report
- Navigate to Financial Reports
- Your region is automatically selected
- Set the date range (start and end dates)
- The report generates with all metrics
Collections Breakdown
Drill into collections by channel:
Online Collections
- Payment gateway transactions (Razorpay)
- Advance payments, EMI, final settlements
- Automatically verified
Offline Collections
- Cash, cheque, DD, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI
- Recorded by Society Admins
- Verified through Maker-Checker process (if enabled)
Refunds Breakdown
View refund data for the region:

| Partial Refunds | Partial cancellation/downgrade refunds |

Society-Level Drill-Down
You can also view financial summaries for individual societies:
- From Financial Reports, select a specific Society
- The report shows that society's financial data for the selected period
- Compare with other societies to spot outliers

"Which society collects the most in my region?"
- View the regional summary
- Drill into individual society summaries
- Compare gross collections for the same period
- Factor in the number of layouts/plots per society for a fair comparison
"The regional net position dropped this month"
- Compare this month's Gross Collections with last month
- Check if Gross Refunds increased
- Identify which society contributed to the drop
- Investigate that society's specific situation
"I need monthly data for a government report"
- Set the date range to the target month
- Note the Regional Financial Summary key metrics
- Include the online/offline breakdown for transparency
- Add membership vs. booking payment split
