Overview
Cross-Society Analytics helps you compare key metrics between all societies in your region. Identify top performers, spot underperformers early, and track trends across your regional portfolio.
Performance Comparison Table
The regional dashboard includes a society-wise performance breakdown:
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Layouts | Active layouts per society |
| Total Plots | Available / Booked / Sold per society |
| Total Members | Member count per society |
| Gross Collections | Amount collected per society |
| Sales Efficiency | Booked plots ÷ total available plots |
| Collection Efficiency | Collected ÷ outstanding ratio |
Key Comparisons
Booking Velocity
Compare how quickly societies convert available plots to bookings:
- High velocity = plots get booked soon after listing
- Low velocity = plots remain available longer
Collection Performance
Compare collections relative to outstanding amounts:
- Healthy: Collections meeting or exceeding payment schedule targets
- Needs attention: Growing outstanding amounts
Membership Growth
Compare new member registrations:
- Growing membership indicates healthy demand
- Flat or declining may signal market saturation or operational issues
Cancellation Rates
Compare cancellation/refund rates:
- Low rates = satisfied customers, well-matched pricing
- High rates = potential issues with pricing, plot quality, or process
Identifying Outliers
Watch for societies that are significantly different from the regional average:
| Outlier Type | Example | Action |
|---|---|---|
| High Performer | Society with 2x average collections | Study and share best practices |
| Concerning Dip | Society with 50% drop in bookings | Investigate cause with Society Admin |
| High Refunds | Refund rate > 10% | Review reasons and escalate if needed |
| Inactive | No activity for several days | Verify admin is available |
Using Trend Data
Month-over-Month
Compare each society's current month vs. previous months:
- Are bookings trending up or down?
- Is collection efficiency improving?
Society Ranking
Rank societies by different metrics to get different perspectives:
- By collections: Who's generating the most revenue?
- By efficiency: Who's running the tightest operation?
- By growth: Who's adding members fastest?
Reporting Regional Performance
When preparing regional performance reports:
- Summary Stats: Total societies, layouts, plots, members, collections
- Top 3 Performers: Societies with best efficiency/collection numbers
- Bottom 3: Societies needing attention and why
- Trends: 3–6 month booking and collection trends
- Alerts: Outstanding alerts and escalation status
- Outlook: Based on current trends, expected next-month performance
Common Scenarios

"Two societies in the same area have very different performance"
- Compare their number of layouts and plots (scale difference?)
- Compare pricing (is one significantly more expensive?)
- Compare member base size and growth rate
- Consider external factors (location, accessibility, amenities)
"I want to create a monthly scorecard for my region"
- Capture the KPA Summary numbers from your dashboard
- List each society with their key metrics
- Highlight top and bottom performers
- Include trend chart screenshots
- Note any escalated issues or resolved alerts
