Overview

Cross-Society Analytics helps you compare key metrics between all societies in your region. Identify top performers, spot underperformers early, and track trends across your regional portfolio.

Performance Comparison Table

The regional dashboard includes a society-wise performance breakdown:

MetricWhat It Shows
Total LayoutsActive layouts per society
Total PlotsAvailable / Booked / Sold per society
Total MembersMember count per society
Gross CollectionsAmount collected per society
Sales EfficiencyBooked plots ÷ total available plots
Collection EfficiencyCollected ÷ outstanding ratio

Key Comparisons

Booking Velocity

Compare how quickly societies convert available plots to bookings:

  • High velocity = plots get booked soon after listing
  • Low velocity = plots remain available longer

Collection Performance

Compare collections relative to outstanding amounts:

  • Healthy: Collections meeting or exceeding payment schedule targets
  • Needs attention: Growing outstanding amounts

Membership Growth

Compare new member registrations:

  • Growing membership indicates healthy demand
  • Flat or declining may signal market saturation or operational issues

Cancellation Rates

Compare cancellation/refund rates:

  • Low rates = satisfied customers, well-matched pricing
  • High rates = potential issues with pricing, plot quality, or process

Identifying Outliers

Watch for societies that are significantly different from the regional average:

Using Trend Data

Month-over-Month

Compare each society's current month vs. previous months:

  • Are bookings trending up or down?
  • Is collection efficiency improving?

Society Ranking

Rank societies by different metrics to get different perspectives:

  • By collections: Who's generating the most revenue?
  • By efficiency: Who's running the tightest operation?
  • By growth: Who's adding members fastest?

Reporting Regional Performance

When preparing regional performance reports:

  1. Summary Stats: Total societies, layouts, plots, members, collections
  2. Top 3 Performers: Societies with best efficiency/collection numbers
  3. Bottom 3: Societies needing attention and why
  4. Trends: 3–6 month booking and collection trends
  5. Alerts: Outstanding alerts and escalation status
  6. Outlook: Based on current trends, expected next-month performance

Common Scenarios

"A society that was performing well suddenly dropped"

  1. Check if they had a surge of cancellations
  2. Check if a major layout closed recently
  3. Contact the Society Admin for context (admin change, external factors, etc.)
  4. Review financial reports for any payment collection issues

"Two societies in the same area have very different performance"

  1. Compare their number of layouts and plots (scale difference?)
  2. Compare pricing (is one significantly more expensive?)
  3. Compare member base size and growth rate
  4. Consider external factors (location, accessibility, amenities)

"I want to create a monthly scorecard for my region"

  1. Capture the KPA Summary numbers from your dashboard
  2. List each society with their key metrics
  3. Highlight top and bottom performers
  4. Include trend chart screenshots
  5. Note any escalated issues or resolved alerts
